Ditto needs to be NU, or at least not banned from lower-tier play, otherwise set-up will be over-powered in those tiers. Ditto is only as good as the Pokemon it faces, there is no reason to ban it. Even in Ubers, where we considered banishing it to. Arceus and Swords Dance? lol. Darkrai and Nasty Plot? lol. Rayquaza and Dragon Dance? lol. I'm with Ame: it should be available in all tiers. Sure, they go hand in hand, but Ditto is one of those weird exceptions. Sure you might switch in something resistant to whatever scarfed move it's using (immune, if lucky). Then it still hits you pretty hard since it's set up, if not KOing outright anyways. That or it switches out to copy some other pokemon that may happen to know something it itself is weak to, or high flinch probability. Other Notes: Manaphy seems mighty fishy still and I believe it should stay uber. Reason 1:Hydration Rest Reason 2:Tail Glow +2 everytime Reason 3:Slippy is nearly everywhere,In the 4th gen it had no reason to stay Uber but now it does. That alone makes it perfect for any special sweeper. Manaphy is Uber because Rain is too common and Tail Glow makes it even more powerful. If you looked at the topic; Shandera 1HKOs a whopping 54% of all Pokes after Stealth Rock. Even without Shadow Tag, Shandera would [i]still[/i] be OU. EDIT: Moved Shadow Tag Shandera to Suspect, because, quite frankly, you can't deny how broken it is. There are facts, go to the suspect discussion that Geo linked to and read some things before you start spewing out nonsense. EDIT 2: Bullet, Geo said that [i]98%[/i] of Shandera run the typical Choice Scarf moveset. That means that nearly all the time you see a Shandera, it's that one and the only reason people run other sets is for the surprise factor.
