I've gone to the third floor at 10PM, 12AM, and 1AM, and it still hasn't appeared. Am I missing something? EDIT: Well, I feel stupid. All you have to do is talk to the woman in the lobby, and it triggers the event. Admins can take this topic down, or leave it up in case anyone else needs help.
