Potenial Gardevoir No. 10 is very welled rounded. :] I mean im pretty sure we get power bracers and lenses right? If you do, you should breed to get the best you can. You could also pair them up and try to breed for even better IV ones. I'm gonna assume you already checked out Etesian's Breeding Guide / Recommendable Sets to speed up the process right?
