Def 252/31 Speed Moves: Thunderbolt Magnet Rise(I know this has a move tutor) Grass Knot(If the tm is in game) Signal Beam(If the move tutor is in game) Any Suggestions? Lamona Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 Pikachu got stronger attack and special attack stats if holding Light Ball compared to Raichu, but why there's no Volt Tackle in Pikachu's moveset? Don't like recoil damage from volt tackle and magnet rise is to negate it's only super effective weakness.
