I cant find the folder :(( my game is pokemon rejuvenation by the way it isnt the pokemon reborn

My game is frozen in the part of the game where i gave to save reina from her own rift. I whited out at first but then when i tried to talk to melia’s mother (who is a ghost) to try and rebattle my game started to freeze and i cant do anything but press the quick save button helpppp
