Solved the issue by using cheat engine to move the character up a few tiles, though it wasn't working as intended it allowed the cinematic for chapter 7 to play and I can move again now.

Hi, after beating the gym in Kakori i decided to do some side quests. When i came back to progress the story the game got stuck and nothing happened. I tried to reload and do it again but it happens every time. At this point only the quicksave button works and I can't progress any further. What should I do? Edit: Tried to remove the cinematic bars, didn't help.
