I've been looking up and down through Victory Road for the Lucarionite, not sure where it is in there. Someone told me the fire room, I've heard it's in the mountaintop and I am lost.

Let's say I wanted a Popplio but I didn't choose it at the start and I want it now, how would I go about adding that in? Or can someone do that for me?
