  1. You can also bag the sell item achievment easily by going to one of the oricorio medows picking up 150 necter and then sell it.
  2. I have the same issue but every font looks completely wonky. I tried reinstalling the fonts i the game files but it didn't work.
  3. I'm playing through the game again for V13 and I've just gotten to chapter 12 and Erin is absolutely insufferable. Was I not paying attention or was she always this bratty? In her first appearence in the museum she literally demands to see a manager and then proceeds to act like a monumental brat the next time we meet her. Nothing but sass, sarcasm and hissy fits. To top it off she then proceeds to smack Aelita if she wasn't unlikable enough. Admittedly none of this is inappropriate or unwarrented. She is a teenager after all with a difficult home life thrown into some troublsome circumstances. Its just that for the life of me I don't remember her being this annoying the last time I played through. Its a huge contrast to the relative maturity of the rest of the cast despite their age. My last playthroughs ended after dark future. So I want to ask does Erin get better or have an arc after the Aelita situation clears up or is this just her normal state of being?
  4. Ah so the one in Sheriden doesn't count. Thanks for the help!
  5. Does an Egg move tutor exist in Pokemon Rejuvenation and if so where? I really want to teach my Sammurot Sacred Sword and actually make use of their crest but when I unlocked the move tutor in sheriden the move wasn't there. I had heard that there was a way to tutor egg moves in the game was this false information?
  6. Thanks for the clarification! Does that mean everything else about the character is sound and up to par compared to the other protagonists?
  7. Followup question does this character have an alternate outfit like all the other characters? More so has their sprites been updated to have dive sprites and such?
  8. At the beginning of the game besides the boat skip the only password you can enter is 9494 which turns your player into a semi copy of A.N.A. For anyone who has played far enough does this have any effects on the story be it dialogue changes or implied meanings? Or is it just an oddly specific Easter egg? I would figure it would have some meaning at least symbolically or something like that due to being the only password that does anything significant.
  9. As the title states what Fakemon can we catch? I really fell in love with the Solrock Lunatone fusion. Interesting ability and usage as a slow hard hitting psychic physical attacker. Has a unique learnset and even a unique signiture move. It was honestly amazing when I found out I could actually use the phase locket and merge the two previously boxes Pokémon. The fusion was my own special Pokémon. So I’m wondering if their are any other unique transformations, Pokémon, or generally unique gimmick we can use or catch?
  10. Long post TL;DR at the bottom I have very strong feelings about the buffs some of the Gym Leaders get, but Erick and Florin/Flora do it right. In other battles the field effects were practically static debuffs. Unless you had a very specific Pokémon or move those fields were there to stay. And it could get frustrating being lectured about using Sunny Day when the TM was miles away. The main problem with these effects was there inaccessibility without bending over backwards. This left the battles feeling unfair and stacked. Erick changes everything. This Weaboo made me love field effects because I could finally so something about them. The blizzard TM made it so I could finally change the terrain with some ease. Not only that but I could also break it to change the flow of battle. The battle was a blast and actually strategic instead of a merciless slugfest. Using the ice to buff my Pokémon with priority and deny his electric types by breaking it with a bulldoze. For the first time I was having fun losing. It was a fair fight each of our teams evenly matched and I achieved a narrow victory. It was far one of the best fights in the game. Florin expands on this in a subtle way. Like a lot of fights where fire hits super effectively it starts raining for no reason. But unlike the other times where it was practically just a permanent debuff we have the hail TM. This let me fake out the opposing Ludicolo and bring the hail. Knocking out Swift Swim and leveling the playing field. The field was also beneficial to types other then the Leader’s type. It was still very difficult but in this battle losing was always just another step closer to victory. I continued to lose up until I finally managed to finally get past the monster of a sawbuck only to have my last Pokémon face to face with Mega Sceptile. Nosferatu my Crobat proceeded to one shot it with a Brave Bird. I actually jumped for joy after this battle. It wasn’t an even fight like with Erick but the important bit was that I had some control. Overall these fights redeemed the so far pretty lackluster gym battles this game offered. They used the field to its fullest and actually got me strategizing instead of using brute force. I wish in the early game the weather TMs were available. Even the limited use flash is stuffed behind the casino. I feel the early game would be a lot better if these TMs were available. Also not having to dig through the outdated system files would be nice to find out what moves change fields. Those moves are also often in frustratingly short supply. These fights really illustrate how well the field effects can be used and I wish other fights mirrored them. And I hope further fights have more instances like it. TL;DR: Erick and Florin has amazing battles that made me love Field effects. For the first time I could easily effect the field and level the playing field unlike in previous battles.
  11. Yeah this is what I ended up doing. I reset to get hurricane on my shiftry to get rid of the field but it didn’t work. Then I spent an agonizing hour throwing my main team at it over and over. No matter what I did it had too much health and power for me to make a dent. Then Nidoqueen who I previously only used for toxic spikes came to my rescue. Along with a very underleveled Macargo and it’s field destroying lava plume. It came back right away but the damage was what mattered. Finally after a tedious series of digs I killed it. This is probably one of the most poorly designed battles in all honestly. You are trapped with a potentially under leved team with no way of leaving for help. No grinding, no item restock, and no training new Pokémon only suffering. If you didn’t have a good ground type or a specific fire type move then I can’t imagine how you’d defeat it without bending over backwards.
  12. I need desperate help with this hot garbage. The guide has failed me it says Garbadour is level 55 but it is not. Garbadour is a monsterous level 62 and is practically untouchable. Even the admittedly outdated field manual is wrong on how to get rid of it’s stupid corrosive hellhole. Lava plume can put it out but hurricane cant? My team cannot even dent it’s healthbar before a brutal demise. Sludgewave hits like a truck and it’s draining attacks keep it alive forever. Add in the fact a passive poison heal that outpaces burn, confusion damage, and sometimes even regular damage. And even when I get rid of the field it always comes back with sludge wave. Pls help My current rotation Level 55-60 Nidoqueen Sammurot Espeon Solrock Chandelure Mawile Crobat Lycanroc Shiftry Raichu Other then that I have almost all of the event Pokémon at varying levels.
  13. Of course there is no actual canon team because that would be dumb but what would you say is a team that best fits the story and game? I would say sammurot as a starter for Aevia because they match and the free Mawile you get. Reborn has a few of these like the ditto in the Metoer hideout and charmder for Vero. Are there any other Pokémon that just kinda feel right on a team because of the plot?
  14. I was completely off I thought it was a suicune because of the statue. Thank you for the info!
  15. Title. In evergreen island you get told the story of the Emperor who I assume is Suicune and how you need a proof of power to catch it. Now I know catching a suicune is far off but just in case is the proof of power in the game? I really hope that it’s not just championship status but some late game item like anjus pendent that actually lets you into the area. Also a bit of a deeper question that may be impossible to answer but is the proof of power or even the event in the code? Whats the general consensus on this event?
  16. It’s the starter Pokémon it feels wrong to throw it away. I play through the entire game with my starter and get attached to it. My starter is my ace my own signature Pokémon. For me my starter is the first Pokémon I get and the Pokémon I bring to the end. So breeding is off the table starter love is unbreakable.
  17. https://richi3f.github.io/pokemon-team-planner/national_dex.html#charizard-mega-x+leafeon+zoroark+heliolisk+silvally-normal I think this is the rough outline I’m going to go for. Maybe add nine tales into the mix or a good sun setter.
  18. Hey megazard X at least isn’t 4 times weak to rock. And it’s only neutral for amaria. So I still have some semblance of a chance with it being good. I think I plan to make it a solar power killer for the first part of the game until Megazard X.
  19. I’m planning on using a Charizard X in my next play through of Reborn. What moveset would be optimal with what reborn gives us to work with? Also no breeding because I want to use my starter. The main reason I made this thread is that Dragon dance is off the table
  20. I know I’m going to beat Crawli that’s not the point of this post. Through trial and error or just grinding up box fodder Pokémon I’m going to win that’s not the problem. The issue here is that Crawli on a fundamental level is a terrible gym leader. He cheats which ruins the entries battle along with plenty of other ridiculous terrain advantages. His gameplay, story, and puzzle are below subpar. It feels like the only reason your not crushing him is how stupid it’s stacked against you. Even the story backs this up with him getting crushed by Nastasia without his precious terrain. Compared to the other leaders he’s just not a fun leader to fight. And I have yet to be convinced otherwise.
  21. Git Gud isn't helpful advice and this doesn’t change the fact that Crawli looks like he robbed a hospital with the amount of cructhes he’s packing. This is not helpful advice. Unless theirs an Ev resented I missed Ev training is impossible as my Pokémon are maxed. If your best advice is cheat and bring myself down to Crawlis level or torture my self with Ev training it’s not good advice. No. On casual I sweep his entire team and it’s not fun. Rejuvenation’s way too easy on casual with how gimped the trainers are.
  22. (Sorry for long rant TL;DR at bottom) Pokemon Rejuvenation is plaugued by awful gym battles. Whenever I face a gym leader I feel nothing but dread. A good number gym battle consists of endlessly resetting as a single loss in momentum means they sweep your team with their loaded Pokemon. Leftovers, type berries, and more while your sporting mystic water that has been relative to the meta game never. Don’t get me wrong their are some legitimately amazing battles like Narcissica, Venam, and Keta that hit it out of the park. However their are some duds which brings me to Crawli. Story: Yes gym battles should be judged on story as well. The build up and battle to save goldenleaf and Keta’s soul was top notch and a great motivator to fight. In Crawli’s case it’s the start of Rejuvenation’s story glut where we do an endless series of errands. While in the meantime Geara, Zetta, and Jenner play cards with Nims lifeless body wondering about how that hostage situation they started is going. Nothing is more frustrating then being sent to boot camp as the tension slowly but surely fades away. Not to mention we’ve fought Crawli before so it feels rehashed and nothing new is brought to the table other the urge to gouge my eyes out. It’s not a fight we care about winning or have any investment in Crawli is just a glorified roadblock. Gameplay: One word to sum up Crawli’s battle would be unfair plain and simple. This battle is worse then Valerie and her sudden inexplicable downpour. Not only is it raining (which happens again with Flor which pisses me off to no end) but Crawli’s team is engineered to make you tear your hair out. The terrain buffs them and gives them even more coverage with trees falling left and right smiting my water types. His Pokémon are all good with no real weaknesses but the worst are Goliscipod and Ariodos. With the latter Crawli just cheats and gives the Ariodos an instant attack buff and an overpowered TOTAL IMMUNITY TO ALL ATTACKS ON THE FIRST TURN. Have fun with instant sticky webs you have no way to counter. Then Golicipod is just plain powerful with a nasty first impression that acts with priority and can cut your team to shreds. The rest of his team is not quite as strong but they give you no slack with their ridiculous type coverage. Add in a moxie Pinsed that will sweep your entire team if you give Crawli an inch and you have a recipe for pain. Overall frustrating to deal with the cheating on top of a top tier team that didn't need it to wreck my team TL;DR Crawli is by far the most unfair and unfun bosses in Rejuvenation. From cheating to stacking the odds against you it is a chore to battle Crawli. Just needed to get this off of my chest after trying and failing to beat him with three Pokémon that should be slaughtering but are instead continually getting massacred.
  23. I would personally want to get a Pokémon like bagon, larvitar, and dratiniti early game. Okay hear me out before you burn me at the stake. I know this game prides itself on using Pokémon you usually don’t use and it’s difficulty, but that won’t be a problem. Bagon, dratini, and larvitar are almost never used and for almost half the game suck. People use Tyranitar, Dragonite, and Salamanca not their baby forms. So what I’m getting at is that in the early through mid game it’s a challenge to train them. And when they evolve it’s rewarding to have the that late bloomer grow into a true killing machine. The other option is just powerleveling them later in the game like the shivering bagon. If we’re going to get them anyway I’d rather just struggle with them from the start. All in all would it really hurt to get them earlier in the game?
  24. Oops I guess I wasn’t all that clear in the question. I meant to ask what were the in game important trainers signature Pokemon. (Gym leader, rivals, and etc). My bad.
  25. I have a weird obsession with having a unique team. I hate having other important trainers signature Pokemon on my team. So is their a list of signature Pokemon in rejuvenation anywhere?
