  1. And by "this phenomenon", you refer to the main question, the lag when encountering a Pokemon? I'm not too good with computers, but if 'task manager > set priority > high' should do the trick regarding the power settings, then unfortunately it doesn't change anything performance-wise. Encountering a wild Pokemon still takes ~7 seconds. I'd also like to add, it doesn't really matter how much I have going on the background. The issue really is just the encounter-lag, its time doesn't increase or decrease whether I have more running in the background. Nor does it create other issues, such as lag during screen transactions or any form of stuttering. I suppose it could be my computer, yes, but shouldn't I have other difficulties too then? Or at least, that other games, like Reborn, show any issues? Because they have no problems whatsoever, they play perfectly.
  2. So, yeah. I experience pretty major lag when encountering wild Pokemon. It takes ~7 seconds until the game 'realizes' I'm having a wild encounter with a Pokemon. Then it plays the encounter animation (the screen going black and all), which is not included in the 7 seconds I mentioned. After the battle, after you get experience, it takes another ~4 seconds until the game returns back to wherever I was. So I did some searches on Google and I found plenty of stuff on lag. However, most of that lag also included stuttering when walking and other stuff. But I don't have any of those problems. In fact, the game works pretty smoothly. Sure, it takes a while until the game starts up, but screen transactions work just fine. Trainer battles also seem to be a little more smooth than just random encounters. Kinda unfortunate that wild encounters are pretty important in these kind of games... I tried it with v11.3 and before that I played v10. The lag remained the same for me. If it's worth anything, I've also played Pokemon Reborn (and also Insurgence, but I doubt that's relevant) and I didn't experience any lag in any way. Rejuvenation is the only game I've had this much lag with, which makes the game for me unplayable. Anyone knows how to solve this? And make me able to play the game properly?
