When I find the oshawott on route 7 it won't let me bring it back to the samurott or progress in the story. If someone could please help me that would be great Game.rxdata

I accepted the quest on Azure shore to help find the missing oshawott but when i found it, the game won't let me get back to the shore (because a freakin water type can't swim) and it won't let me progress in the story Game.rxdata
