Is there any other way to reach Citae astrae ( The place where we fought El's Ditto) again after finishing Ep-17. Since the ladder route is blocked in the Grand Stairway.

Since the rainfall I'm getting less exp points. For example on beating Audino lvl 50 , the exp I get is around 600 to 700 which is very low when compared to normal weather condition where I used to get around 1500 to 1600. So please anyone clarify whether you have also faced the same situation.
