I am really regretting not inputting the unreal time password at the start of the game. Does anyone know the earliest you could get a single data drive to input a password? I couldn't find anything about it when I looked it up. Thanks for any help :)

I didn't realise there was an event to get Bounsweet and evolved the Pokémon you need to show to get it. Unless I'm mistaken I believe none of these Pokemon are available in the wild until almost the end of the game and would really love any of the Bounsweet line before that :) EDIT: :) Never mind, I saw a suggestion on another thread to breed

I started a new game and played up until Connor puts a healing machine in the jungle so I'm not very far in but I did save multiple times already when I was save spamming at my starter. I closed my game and now that I've reopened it all my data seems to be gone. I know there have been some issues with people's save files but I thought that was for people who are tying to keep their old files from the previous version. Is there a problem with the game maintaining save files in a new game? I'm just wondering whether it's worth starting again or if I need to wait for some kind of fix. On that note, how do you check which version of Desolation you're on? I thought it was in the menu at the start of the game where you can choose from continue, new game, controls etc., at the bottom corner but I might be thinking of another game. Thanks for any help :) Edit: I saw a folder in the Pokemon Desolation folder in documents and happily found my new save files; when I copies them across into the Saved Games folder I can play again where I left it which is nice! Just wondering if I will have to do this every time, for now at least? Or if it was a freak occurrence haha :)

Ah I see. Did you make sure your save file is compatible with the new version and that you'd saved in the place you need to in order for it to work? I believe most save files aren't compatible unless they meet very specific criteria and had completed the game.

I got that too, but it went away after I deleted all save file data for Desolation in my Saved Games files; you could try that :) I was going to start a new game regardless but maybe the old save file was confusing the game since thing's are apparently different enough that old saved files mostly won't work.

For when you don't know what to expect/just exploring as opposed to key battles that probably require careful team thought? I've finally returned to finish the postgame and wondering what Pokemon/team combinations people have found useful :)

Hello, I was wondering if there is somewhere I can find more detail on the difference in difficulty between easy and normal. The battles in V13 were immensely difficult for me, a rather mediocre trainer but I was wondering what the easiest level of difficulty is like from anyone who played more for story enjoyment purposes or who just knows. I'm sure there are far more suggestions for ways to help with the hardest battles now that V13 has been out for awhile but I've been wondering, how easy is easy? Does it completely destroy the ability Rejuvnation normal has on making you think outside the box or does it just make it hard but not hair-tearingly hard? Has anyone played both and can give some examples of what to expect from it? Thanks for any tips :)

Fern's Decidueye's assault has had me running around for like an hour and I still can't figure out how to progress. I've switched on all the crystals I've found but I can't work out what to do next. There's a path that I get slowed down (covered in what looks like blood) so I'm thinking that's the way to go but I'm not fast enough. Could someone please help me? What am I missing? Edit: Nevermind, I finally found what I assume is the last one haha

I'm currently breeding Pokemon in preparation for leaving for the circus and I was wondering what Pokemon might be especially recommended, particularly knowing Terra is coming up because she is always the most challenging gym leader for me. What are some of your favorites that I have access to right now? :)

Could anyone confirm the requirements for obtaining Squirtle in e19? The spreadsheet says rain, talk to man in tall building, and find squirtle near a fountain but I can't seem to get anything to trigger. I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right places, like what the 'tall building' means and where the fountain is exactly.

Does anyone know of any videos or maps which might help me with navigating the jungle enough to find Tropius by any chance? It's a gorgeous new map but I am getting extremely lost haha :) Edit: Nevermind, I think I'm good now :D

I have to keep reminding myself that as someone who lives in Australia, my Saturday is not likely to be when it releases Oh well, I can always do with exercises in patience! And I still have not quite decided which starter to pick anyway...Probably going to be a spur of the moment decision between Popplio, Fennekin, Torchic, or Froakie.

Haha, at least it looks like training up Pokemon will be easier this version. But I still anticipate CHALLENGE because I am a mediocre trainer at best Might end up relying on other players posting their strategies to make it through...

I'm starting to feel nervous about the Elite 4 given the difficulty I've had with leaders in this game; is it a guarantee that it will be like main games where you need one team to make it through five trainers in a row with no switched? I never thought much about it until now but if that's the case I suspect I will struggle to even make it to post game

I'm so ridiculously happy to read this post; I could almost cry haha! Some of this post went over my head because I don't understand scripting or whatever you'd call it but there is so much I am excited about given they don't detract from the difficulty of the battles, they just save you time in grinding/breeding/EV training etc. Reborn has been such an amazing game for me to follow since I discovered it several episodes back and I love how much you devs care about the game and the way there are so many thoughtful additions and qol changes coming This is probably going to sound super sappy but it's been a difficult couple of years for me and Reborn has been one of the few genuine bright spots in my life. There's not been much I've been able to feel enthusiastic about but this game is different and I am HYPED I am eyeing those egg changes with great interest, but now I'm wondering what will happen to eggs I don't want to hatch if I'm shiny hunting...Am I right that they can't be released from the PC box? Can they be traded in wonder trade?

I must be mixing it up with Rejuv; I could have sworn there were still unavailable Pokemon but if virtually everything is already available that makes things much easier to plan :D Thanks
