So I'm in episode 18. I've spoken to the man in the building when it's raining. I've come back when it's a clear day. I've gone all the way to the fountain and no squirtle. I checked the guys dialogue and he mentions that maybe someone else has seen it. So I spoke to the guy who mentions the hidden grottos under the wasteland. Still no squirtle. I am using the weather mod to alter the weather but I don't think that's supposed to affect it. Please help.

Would the pokemon you find vary on the rod? or does only one rod work on the lava? It's ok if you don't remember but maybe this will jog your memory. Or maybe someone else knows?

So I did what any rational person would do with e17's release and started a new game. I love having gardevoir in my squad as i need a fairy cover but I've noticed that the scientist who fixes the corrupted pokeball is no longer there. Does he not appear till later in the game now or has he moved elsewhere? Pls help I'm desperate.
