Yeah can't figure out where the second gem is. Do I need strength?

Searched the forums, youtube, and found next to nothing. Anyone want to help? Please no vague "Have fun exploring Amethyst Mountain" replies that doesn't help, and isn't fun. Similar question but where's a dusk stone (assuming it's released).
