I'm quite unfamiliar with the game since it's been a while since I last played, so if you could be as specific as possible that would be awesome. Here is a guide: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cC2Zdge94Ns After that, go to the West Gearen Help Center and complete the Generator Problems Quest.
