I saw that nobody has already did a run based on Pokemon Insurgence , so i told myself : why not ? I will try to illustrate my run as best as i can , focusing on the advices i recently received. This will be a normal run ( no randomizer , no nuzlock etc ). Sooooo , let's begin First of all , before the game begin , we ask me the question : a " light " story or a " dark " story ? Based of what i love on a pokemon game , you can easily guess what my choice is The story begin when a strange man do a speech in front of many peoples. He said that the previous protector of Torren Region ( called the Augur ) died recently , while he was fighting the differents cults organizations ( 4 cults ) , then he promised to protect the region himself now. Spoiler After this speech , we wake up on a cult base. Based on theirs uniforms , it's the cult of Darkrai ( dark cult ) , and they want to torment our poor Suzaku ( code geass reference ). Spoiler Somes cultists. And theirs leader : Miss Persephone. But , glad for us , a mysterious guest will save the day ! Spoiler Thanks to mew , i will be able to wake up. Huh. While i'm trying to escape the cult base , i receive an information about mew special ability : Spoiler It will be usefull next. Then , while walking , we found blood on the floor , so we tried to use this ability annnndddd : Spoiler " mew , i am your father " Now , we are facing a human ritual sacrifice... Spoiler Nope. Hah , poor Persephone. Should we tell her ? And finally , we reached the exit. Spoiler I hope you will enjoy this run , if you want to give me mores advices about it , i will do my best ! We leaved the forest to arrive in a small town called Telnor Town , when we meet a new character : Damian. But before , mew leaved me alone :/ , and gived me the quartz flute , able to call him ( not on battle of course ) when i need him. Spoiler Then we learned that the small town is about to welcome the new Augur of the region , and everybody has to give him a gift ! But Damian and Suzaku don't have a gift of course... how bad we are. So we decided to find a special stone , but we actually don't have a pokemon too. That's why we have to meet the professor Sylvan, which she's on conversation with a strange man : Spoiler This strange man put 3 pokemons on the table , they seems to be special. But we learnt something interesting too : Spoiler And this is it : the introduction of Insurgence special feature : the deltas pokemons. Spoiler Now we have a choice to make : normally , the professor always offer an eevee to the new trainers , but he can also give us one of the delta starter : Spoiler Well , everybody saw the title of the Chapter right ? You can easily guess my choice then. Time for a fight vs Damian : Spoiler Based on what we actually see , we have the advantage. But... He has pursuit... and he 2 shooted me No matter , we gonna take revenge ! After the battle , we obtained the pokedex of course. This is it ! After we trained a little our lovely ghost dragon charmander , we reached a cave called Telnor Cave , where we are supposed to find a rare stone. But while Damian and I were about to find her , we saw 2 stranges peoples : Spoiler So we came back to Telnor Town to meet the Augur : Spoiler And of course , the cults appeared ! Spoiler We are facing the abyssal cult. After defeated them , the Augur return to the capital , Helios City , and said that we should come visit him too. Si i will wait until this , and then continue my adventures ! I don't know what i will do , probably restart from the begining ( it's ok we are not that far ! ) to benefit of all the changes. And we caught our next pokemon : Spoiler Then we trained a little and... Spoiler Spoiler Then we met a strange girl named Nora. She has a Celebi and seems to be a " choosen one " , like me ( lol ). After dealing with Nora , we participated in a small tournament Spoiler Vs Damian : Spoiler Revenge ! Vs Nora : Spoiler Well , all the forum. After we rekted our fellow news friends Damian and Nora , we decided to continue our travel , and we found somes abyssal cultists guy who wanted to capture a riolu : Spoiler Luckily for us ( or not ) , we received the help of Nora. And the battle has begun. Spoiler After an easy win , they tried to capture the riolu no matter what , but... Spoiler Too bad. After this , we reached the next city : Suntouched City. And we decided to by somes news clothes : Spoiler Perfect. Now i'm the Night King. We are ready to take down on the first gym ! But before , welcome to our new star : Spoiler ... Lol what ? Conclusion : good battle , i speaded my team pretty well , everyone has defeated his opponent. I wasn't expecting an ivysaur since he is a fire gym leader xD But after the battle , we were joined by Harmony , normal gym leader , and Nora. And cultists were about to come. We crossed route 3 , nothing special , a few trainers so we trained a little. Then we reached the next town , Metchi Town, where we found Nora again , and she wanted a date battle. Vs Nora and celebi ! Spoiler Oo Nope. Conclusion : easy fight , charmeleon took care of celebi , and the others owned the rest of her team. Before leaving Metchi Town , i want you to have a thought for this guy... Spoiler Well , about that But on the route 4 , we found something very interesting : Spoiler It's a new delta pokemon ! An NPC says specifically that, in Torren many Gym leaders don't have a specific type, but they have a specific theme for their team. Before challenge the leader , we evolved 2 of our pokemons , and we trained a bit : Spoiler Now we are facing the poison gym leader Xavier : Spoiler Conclusion : nothing to say except an expeditive win. My pokemons just dominated his team , i lost 0 pokemons on that battle. More seriously : Spoiler But after defeated him , we heard that the abyssal cult kidnapped Damian...
