Did anyone else tear up a little after finally getting Fly, and flying back to Reborn City, and seeing it...completely restored, like that? The industrial wasteland turned into a beautiful city? That is what is supposed to happen after defeating ciel and using fly. That amount of time you spend there (for beating meteor asses and getting 4 gyms) in real sense should take a lot of time considering you do it in real world, so Ame must have figured out that this was a nice timing to show that the city has been restored.
