Help me build a team?

So I'm trying to make a perfect team of non legendaries, suited not for competitive but for beating pokemon games and heres what i came up with so far:

Salamence-Mega @ Salamencite
Ability: Aerilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Return
- Roost

Aegislash @ Life Orb
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- King's Shield
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword

Blaziken @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Baton Pass
- Protect
- Flare Blitz
- Swords Dance

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Slack Off

Excadrill @ Shell Bell
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head

Porygon-Z @ Silk Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Tri Attack
- Nasty Plot

My concerns are that it is too weak to ground (exadrill, blaizaken, and agislash) I really dont want to remove either exa because hes my only fair counter and blaiz because so much of my team depends on speed boost baton pass, so im thinking of getting rid of agislash and replacing it with maybe like a support, but the problem is now i dont have any stabs for ghost and psychic types. I'm thinking about trashing it and starting over but I just really want mega salamence. Any suggestions?

I don't think you need to change pokemon as you have Slowbro and Porygon-Z to counter ground types and aside from that, the mainline pokemon games aren't exactly leaning too much on the difficult side, so you probably won't have a hard time dealing with teams.

The only problem I actively see is that most of your pokemon are either hard to obtain or are obtainable only mid to late game. How would you go about getting them and what game is it for?

Most people seem to prefer Porygon2 holding an Eviolite over Porygon-Z.

if it's for beating reborn, you might as well remove mega salamence. Ame has a heart but she will never allow anyone to steamroll through reborn with a broken mega. just saying
