Does Eli and Sharon start with Solrock and Lunatone? If so, you may want to start with Tangrowth and Seismitoad. Use Surf and Double Team (use Giga Drain when losing Tangrowth looks pretty risky). When Gyarados is around either Milotic or Tangrowth is there. And Milotic knows Ice Beam so that will OHKO Altaria(Nicknamed Winona) Thank you all who helped me I just defeated Eli and Sharon when The Solrock was switched out for Milotic.
