Problems with Breeding and Attacks

I'm trying to breed a Grimer with Toxic.

 

I have a female Grimer and a male Gulpin with Toxic, but all I get are Grimer with Pound and Poison Gas.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Tm moves can't be passed on offspring in current gen mechanics. You can only pass egg moves

if I'm correct it does work if both pokemon know the move, I might be wrong here so don't quote me on it

As PoisoNJab wrote, you can't breed Toxic on a Grimer.
What you can do though is stick with your Grimer until the E16 content, where you'll be able to get the Toxic TM.

That works with moves, that can be learned by level up.

I know. I was sure, that I saw it on several sites as an eggmove. But after I took another look, it seems I was wrong. -.-

As far as I know, I will get the TM somewhere at the end of the game. But I had hoped to use a toxic Grimer throughout the biggest part of the game. Oh well ...
