My forretress just learned moves on it's own?

So i tried to breed a venipede with toxic spikes and spikes with forretress but my bred venipede's suddenly didn't get egg moves anymore so i checked forretress and he has different moves now.

Did your Forretress level up while in the daycare? Pokémon will learn level-up moves in there when they reach the required level (or, at least, that's how it works in the canon games, so I assume it's the same here), and if they already have four moves, the first moveslot will get replaced.

Yea it leveled up in daycare.

I had something similar happen when I tried to breed Ralts and my first female lost Destiny Bond after a few eggs.  It definitely works like canon, usually for the worse.
