Devon Scope?

Hey everyone!

 

Its been a long time since I finished episode 15, so im trying to progress and realize that I do not have a Devon Scope. Oddly enough, walkthroughs showed it being in the trashed Devon Corp building, but as of now, it is all refurbished. I do not have a broken scope in my key items, so I feel as if I am a tad stuck unable to see the "hidden objects" in Beryl. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also.....where should I go to initiate the new chapter of the story? I have fly and just left the circus.

Fly towards Grand Hall and talk to Ame that's where to start the Devon Quest and after completing that quest, you can then again go to the upper floors of the Devon Building to get the Devon scope.
