0 ZEL Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 For a little background: it used to be available in early episodes, and the whole "rare pokemon" thing is a nod towards the Magikarp merchant from the Pokémon canon. However, it turned out that Gyarados was powerful enough to be a huge game breaker, so it had to be axed. So as of now, there's no reward/end for the quest because Magikarp is unreleased. There's no end of the quest, but there is a small reward for completing everything up to the current end of the quest: Safety goggles from the police chief.
