Damn alright

So I have been trying to get through this maze for around 2 or 3 hours and I don't get it. I have been though every pathway and the only place that I thought was the right way has you walk up 3 tiles while theirs a guy looking back and forth that easily catches you, 30 soft resets trying to get the perfect timing makes me think that is the wrong way... so am I missing something or what?
