Hi Im in need of a grass type and roserade fits really well, i tried to do the event budded but it doesn't appear. I have the pokesnax and the rose incense but it won't show up on clear days. I think its because the city is under construction but can anyone help? A rosella with sludge bomb and extrasensory would be nice but ill take whatever i can get.
