@Zander I think you meant to say it has to be a male to make a Gallade, for Gardevoir it can be male or female, but to get a Gallade you need to use a dawn stone on a male kirlia.

I don't think so for that you would need to get debug mode and add those tm's to your game itself

Either get the mod for this game that allows you to teach egg moves through the mover relearner. mod is here or ask someone to do the breeding for you, or to have them put them move on for you
