Foat Gucker

So my team is weak to Ancient power, and I can't really grind my team because the only place to grind is the cave with all those rock-types (and I have three flying types). Now, I have a lvl 38 Dunsparce, but there's that level 35 cap. Should I risk it or grind? Also read that regenerator Tangela is impossible. Living proof that it isn't:

Honestly, I name shinies the way i name all of my pokemon. My Purrloin is named Tank, because it has really high defense (it tanked a fire fang from a Charizard, i'd say thats pretty good), and I didn't name my shiny Oddish because it's useless.
