  2. I downloaded it for the first time on the 26th, which was why I was so confused, haha. I opened it with the file you sent and it's working fine now, so I'm not sure why it wasn't working before either ^^; either way, thank you so much! I'm going to try to battle blueberry again, and I'll let you know if it worked! edit: yep, it's all good now! thanks again!
  3. hello! I've been really enjoying this game so far, but my save suddenly isn't working anymore? I soft resetted after a battle with blueberry and now clicking on my save gives me this error: I thought it just had to do with the game files, so I re-extracted them, but it's still not working. google hasn't given me anything to go off of either. any thoughts, or a way to fix this? I'll attach the save file, too. Game.rxdata
  4. that's unfortunate I'm not sure how to fix it, but you can contact the creator on their twitter here: https://twitter.com/theRaonak I'm glad you liked it for the short time that you did get to play it, though, and I hope you can recover your save x_x
  5. I've only just started playing rejuvenation, so the jury's still out on that one. desolation's been pretty good so far, I just finished up the second badge and it has a lot of story content. however, it can be a little slow at times, which gets annoying very quickly. (the story's still very worth it so far imo) although, my all time favorite not-reborn pokemon fangame is super pokemon eevee edition. it has a great story, amazing characters, and a battle system that's not turn based. I'd highly recommend that game to anyone tbh. it's set in Johto, with gen 2 graphics, and the basis of the game is that you have to stop the "hypervisors" from updating the generation to gen 3, which would essentially erase your world as you know it. seriously, it's pretty far in development and definitely worth a try.
  6. man, some of these are really interesting to read about lol mine are: 1. every pokemon must have a nickname. even if I don't use them, if it's in a box/my party it has a name 2. every pokemon has to evolve at the same time. idk why, but it's always been a pet peeve of mine to have one completely unevolved pokemon in my main team when the rest already have evolved. this way, it feels like they grow together 3. at the beginning of the game, the first pokemon I encounter is the first one I catch, and it has to stay on my team. 4. only use berries for healing. when I was a kid, I hated medicine, and I vowed to never make my pokemon have to use it either. that tradition kind of just stuck xD and recently, though the feature seems too new to be considered a "tradition", but I make sure that every pokemon in my main six has five hearts in pokemon amie/refresh.
  7. the construction worker who lost the mulch gives it to you (in the garden near the pokemon center in lower peridot ward)
  8. @example I mean, as of e16, a certain pair of twins did mysteriously disappear. maybe laura will get her spot back after all...
  9. I just finished off my junior year lol, but my classes were way different, so here are a few general tips: if your teachers are willing to stay after school, take complete advantage of that time. *especially* if you didn't understand that day's lesson. not sure if you understood? during your next free period, skim over the homework. chances are, if you don't remotely know how to solve at least half, you didn't understand. there's nothing wrong with asking for help start looking at colleges, but don't get too stressed out. people will tell you that you need your major figured out right away so you can look at colleges, but it's completely possible to look at colleges and even apply without having a major. don't push it off too much, but don't stress yourself out. write down a list of what you like, then look at colleges with majors pertaining to those interests. join at least one club and/or a sport. being antisocial is fun, but colleges would love you if they saw that you branched out at least a little. not to mention, you might discover a passion you never previously thought about. however, if you're joining a team of any sort, make sure you're willing to commit. if you aren't, inform the coach/adviser that you just want to try it out for a week or two. as for preparation stuff, get a single one subject notebook and a marble notebook for each class. jot down whatever notes you can in the one subject, then transfer them to the marble notebook in a more coherent form. buy more as you need throughout the year. I found that rewriting my notes actually helped me understand them better haha, you don't have much time in class to think about them when you're rushing to add more. make sure to have at least one friend in every class. if you don't have one, make one. friends are indispensable when it comes to getting notes and work you've missed, plus it's nice to have somebody to sit next to/talk with. just remember to return the note-taking favor! junior year is pretty fun! you're starting to discover more independence, and there are huge milestones as well (prom, driving, college visits, SAT/ACT, etc.) you'll have a blast if you keep a good head about you, and remember to relax every once in a while. I can't stress enough how important it is to take a break every once in a while. good luck!
  10. in terms of development and plot, xy and xyz were pretty compelling and well thought out compared to some other seasons (although sinnoh and hoenn will always have special places in my heart). it's what got me back into the pokemon anime for a while haha, though it's disappointing that they ultimately stuck to the formula of Ash falling juuust short of his goal and resetting the series. sumo itself seems kinda promising too, it's less anime and more western cartoon, which is honestly a refreshing change of pace. overall though, xyz was pretty great.
  11. I've heard some speculation about there being gyms in this one because of the eight construction zones around alola. (as for the alternate storyline, I really hope this expands on the multiverse thing. they mentioned it in oras and never really did anything else with it)
  12. no exploitation here just the power of FRIENDSHIP & LOVE (at least, that's what the propaganda says.) welcome
