Thanks, you are right. Totally missed this corner somehow. For others: Keep west (left) from the pulse machine, till you get to the switches, which are now flipped . Also, there is a pitfall right before the readout, so go around the tree next to it, so you dont have to walk some more.

Before the 3rd Tangrowth fight, I did not find the 5A pulse readout, so I went back later to explore more, but still did not find it. Is it not in rhodocrine jungle? There was a scene with 3 meteors around the campfire and getting caught, but I sneaked around them. Did I miss it there?
