Hi is there someone that could help me in changing my player name and OT name on my pokemon? any help would be very much appreciated, as I have tried to find a way myself using the forum and youtube but can't seem to find a way to do it myself. I know people can do it just can't figure out how

Oh i just saw some vids and other threads saying it was on the rooftop but now i found 1 ty very much

So i see that Gligar can be caught on the Rooftop in Beryl ward but i can find no guide of how to get up there. I think i see the way but it is locked, so i am asking for help to this since Gliscor is a great pokemon to have for me
