  1. Bump? (Is bumping a thing on these forums? Doesn't hurt, I suppose...)
  2. Hip Hop Shop is the Ship at the bottom of that city, if I remember correctly!
  3. I don't know if this is a good idea or not, but without a true walkthrough, I find myself a bit turned around at times. Like now. I just defeated the Pokemon on the bridge, and the training building past it. Now I'm at a loss as to where to go. I know the person who helped on the bridge mentioned she was a Gym Leader, but I accidentally double clicked and missed where that was.
  4. OK, that's understandable! If I had any know how when it came to game making, I'd definitely volunteer to go through and do each one. I have an inordinate amount of time on my hands. I'd seriously love to help. But I just don't have any practice with that kind of thing. Thanks for the response, though! Edit: Another bug(?) is that, if you are defeated when battling Emily in the Sandstorm area, it seems like you can essentially farm her for Safety Goggles. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed! Edit (x2): You're able to dive in the Hip Hop Ship Shop without having the HM. Again, not a huge deal (I'm not complaining about free money earlier!) but just wanted to tell you!
  5. IDK if this is a bug, per se, but thought this was where it made the most sense to report it. So, I haven't noticed this as a terribly bad problem until I recently moved my team around to use my new shiny team members. IDK if this is the case for normal sprites for these Pokemon, but the Shiny sprites for Staryu and Litwick are below the screen. You can barely see the tip of Litwick's flame and Staryu's point. This was really disappointing, as I had been looking forward to seeing my cool new shinies fighting. Like I said, I'm not sure if this is really a bug, or even able to be fixed. Just thought I'd report it. EDIT: Lampent is even worse. The very tip of it's head is all that's visible... Was really hoping it'd improve upon evolution...
  6. Aww, wish I'd asked before I started, I would've done a shiny run like I'm doing in Reborn! Oh well, glad I got one pretty girl to show off! Thanks for the response!
  7. Hi! I just downloaded this game on a whim, mostly as a break from Reborn. I had a quick question, since there doesn't seem to be an actual walkthrough out for this game yet. Also, is the shiny chance the same as main series game, or higher? Not terribly important, but just curious! Looking forward to playing through this game! Edit: Further, is there a benefit to becoming one of the Center's Pokemon? Or is it purely aesthetic?
  8. Thanks for the replies! I don't have a Focus Sash, so I went the Sandslash route. I ability capsuled it into Slush Rush, and my Abomasnow into Snow Warning. Problem is, Sandshrew knows one Ice move, and it's Ice Ball. I can go to the move reminder, but IDK which is better, Icicle Crash or Spear. I also don't know if it's worth it to teach it Aurora Veil. Finally, who should I bring into the fight? Abomasnow and Sandslash I know, but which of my 'mons is best otherwise? I like having Sturdy Golem, but outside of that, I'm not sure who's best. Thanks again for the help!
  9. OK, so I've gone through this once before, but this time it's... Phew, it's bad. I'm at the Terra battle, and can literally not touch her Garchomp. I can pretty much whittle every other 'mon down, but he'll outspeed and OHKO everyone on my team. So, I'm asking for help. I'm willing to train anyone up for this battle. The problem is, I'm doing a shiny run. While I have almost a full box of the shinies, most are probably no good. But I'll still put (most) of them here. So, my fully leveled up team members (a few more then 6, since I rotate them in): OK, so I'm just going to list the other shinies and their levels. If anyone wants the movesets/abilities of any of these, just let me know and I'll throw it up! So that's everyone. I'd also be perfectly OK shiny hunting anything that you can reach in the Circus area, if that's necessary. I've just kind of hit a wall at this point. When I can't even touch a Pokemon (besides a single Sucker Punch/Aftermath damage), I know I'm doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for any help!
  10. Quick Question, does the shiny sprite show up when naming a Pokemon as well? Just want to know as it would speed up shiny hunting fossils a LOT! Edit: Trial and error has shown that it does!
  11. Aware that this is an old thread, but got another bug to report. A bug about a Bug, in fact. I have a shiny Ribombee, but when following, it shows as a Cutiefly. Don't know if this is only for shiny or not, but yeah. Was looking forward to my little Yang buzzing behind me! Edit: Oricorio does this interesting thing where it's a Spearow when looked at from the side, and flickers between a Spearow and an Oricorio when viewed from the front. (Again, shiny.)
  12. Thank you so much! I kept thinking I needed to talk to one gang member in particular, when he was like the third one I had to talk to. Back on track, thanks so much!
  13. OK, so I'm in 7th street. I've defeated the old hag and gotten Rain Dance, but haven't found the girl I was supposed to find. I took a break from the story line to shiny hunt Type: Null, and now I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. I've checked walkthroughs, but they don't seem to help. I would be very grateful for any advice! I'm pretty sure there's a door blocked by a crate that I'm supposed to go through or something? But I can't trigger the event to get it to move.
  14. Sorry to ask, and I'm sure they aren't considerations, but I just found a Ribombee and a Dedenne. I'm 99.99% positive Dedenne is not good, but don't know if Ribombee is good for the Fairy typing...
