During the later stages of the game a new quest line starts in which you need to acquire the Silvon Scope to ultimately clear out all the Kecleon littering the Beryl Ward area. It's not actually related to the Axew egg in any way, but if you really can't reach the egg because of them, then you'll need to finish that quest first.

I've typically played on Vero and Lucia, but I think my vote after the redesigns has to go to Decibel.

All I can say is that this was incredibly sus and would not have made it through without some item shenans.

So, generally speaking, all eggs inherit 3 IVs in any random combination from their two parents, with the remaining 3 being completely randomly generated. Destiny Knot being held by either parent changes the number of inherited stats from the parents to 5 and therefor causes only 1 to be randomly generated. It is *possible* to roll your 30/x/31/31/31/31 Smoochum from this pair of parents, but the odds are slim when Buneary only has one stat you want and none of the others. In order to have generally better offspring, you need to have generally better parents. Your problem here is that Jynx is a female-only species, so you will never get a replacement father just by breeding Smoochum. The solution is breeding a perfect 'mon of some other species first, a species that can both be male and is also compatible with Jynx's egg group.

But why is that one thing in there twice..? You know what, forget it, I guess I'll find out soon enough.

Probably not the explanation you want, but Togedemaru was introduced in a game where Flash was not a TM. In fact, Flash is borderline nonexistent in Alola, being limited to the level up pools of 3 families (Alakazam, Volbeat, Shiinotic). This is basically just a product of not changing Togedemaru's native move pool

It seems Windows 8 and AVG don't react to use of the updater.exe. Everything went smoothly for me when I ran it.

You don't just need the Dark Matter, you also need the Dark Matter Core, which is obtained as explained previously.

Shadow Alolan Grimer was replaced with something else in V13.

Seeds in general are kind of rare, usually hidden items on the overworld. Couldn't tell you if there are any in the vicinity of GDC though, haven't really paid attention to how many I've picked up or where. Steelix evolves from Onix while it's holding a Metal Coat and you use a Link Heart on it. Both of these items also have to be found somewhere in the overworld.

Very back of the Aquarium, where you initially got abducted. Not sure exactly when you can start it, but you can't complete it until after you enable Dive anyway, so let's call it a 13 badge requirement.
