About This Club

about time we had an actual Fire Emblem club by now, don't you think? Welcome to the FE Club, Reborn's unofficial home of all things Fire Emblem~

  1. What's new in this club

Just discovering the fan clubs, heh heh. I don't know if this one is really active anymore though. But hey, nice to meet you all ! On the subject of FEH, they decided to give a potato mode experience with the 300 MB space needed instead of the 1.4GB, although i find that really great for the old phones that can't keep up i hope that will not hurt the overall quality too strongly...

    Fire Emblem Three Houses

Sorry for the late reply. 1. With what has been revealed so far I think it will be its own story. I need more solid evidence that the goddess is a Manakete, as we have had actual gods before. (Mostly with just Telius) 2. I like the art style and gameplay but I need more information on the story. 3. It is okay.

    Fire Emblem Three Houses

(Correction - I actually got Claude and Dimitri's names mixed up, oops) Also true, I would prefer if Fodlan was its own thing like Magvel and Tellius, but there's so little info given I wanted to give the topic something to speculate lol. Hopefully we'll get a FE direct by the end of the year, I'm really excited about this game.

    Fire Emblem Three Houses

I'M SO EXCITED FOR THIS OH MY GOODNESS. Dimitri is my favourite so far. 1. I think this will be set in it's own story. Sleeping Manaketes have been a thing in the series for a while, but manaketes have mostly shown up in Archanea games anyway... but I think this will be it's own thing really. 2. Love it. I like how the artstyle is looking currently. Can't say much about Gameplay and Story since we've seen too little really. 3. I thought overall it was a pretty good announcement trailer.
  6. Anyone up to discuss and speculate about the next FE title coming out next year? I haven't seen it brought up yet, surprisingly. The game takes place on Fódlan, where the Church of Seiros exercises great power over the land and its people. There, we will be exploring three nations - Adrastea, Leicester and Fergus. The four protagonists are Byleth (probably My Unit) Edelgard, Dimitri and Claude. Aside from the MU, all three hail from one of each house based on their clothing and icons. - So, just a bit of speculation on what we've seen so far. Story - - The "goddess" of Fódlan is probably a divine dragon. It's unknown if she is Naga levels of power, but the crests are definitely reminiscent of Falchion and the legendary weapons of Jugdral. I assume the "whip" the old man uses in the trailer is a crest, as it demolishes half an army just like a holy weapon and is held with extreme care by the goddess(?) Which leads me to believe Fódlan might be in the same world as Archanea? Jugdral Valentia - Valm Archanea - Ylisse ...And Fódlan somewhere after Awakening but on a different continent? With Duma and Mila being a thing, I could believe another divine dragon shapes a continent akin to Valentia. Heck, even the dragon girl at the end parallels Tiki when she was put into a deep slumber. It's almost a rehash of Archanean lore. As for the rest of the trailer - The artstyle is solid even if it is similar to that of Persona. Studio Khara is making a return after Shadows of Valentia, and hopefully with more polish and less "stiffness" with character interactions. The gameplay is receiving a whole new look and has strong Tellius vibes in style. Triangle formations look neat, and I'm glad weapon durability is making a return. General questions for the thread - 1 - Do you think Fódlan is set in its own world or is it the same as Archanea? 2 - Your thoughts on the art style, gameplay and story so far? 3 - How do you feel about the trailer overall? - Other

    Summer Social event

Can I reply here? I don't have time to prepare the thing (exams and I'm lazy) but if anyone's interested they could check these links: https://chudooder.github.io/FEMultiplayer/ https://www.reddit.com/r/fireemblem/comments/4k9a22/fire_emblem_multiplayer_pc/ https://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?/topic/79815-fire-emblem-multiplayer-online/
  8. I have quite a few, but I'll list the ones off the top of my head. - Sumia/Frederick - A fantastic pairing that is much better than her support with Chrom, honestly. It delves more into Sumia's character, insecurities and her place within the shepherds. Frederick is a source of inspiration for her and it's very heartwarming when Fred confesses Sumia is the first person to understand his intentions when it comes to his work. - Cordelia/Gregor - A funny, well-written support that makes me believe Cordy truly moved on from her obsession with Chrom by the end of it all. Cordy even proposes to Gregor instead of the other way around, something I haven't seen in her other supports. - Panne/Virion - I absolutely love this support. It made me respect Virion's character a lot more, both share their past and learn to accept it. The support truly shines though when Panne offers to help Virion's dream of returning to Roseanne and helping his people rebuild after the war, come true.

    Summer Social event

hey y'all! despite it being a little dwindling in here, you guys are still one of the more active clubs... i was wondering if any of y'all might want to host some kind of event for the summer social ! we want to get at least a few clubs participating, and fire emblem certainly is popular... ...as for what the event would be, that's the toughie, huh? i don't suppose there's anything in particular going on in FEH is there? alternatively maybe it could be something involving roms/hacks/randomizers to get some people to play together? first and foremost though does anyone have interest in making something like this happen?

    Favorite FE Awakening Ships/Supports

My favorite support/ship is Robin(M)xCordeila, I like how it develops Cordeila's character and how out of Robin's romantic supports it is one of the ones that don't come out of nowhere.
  11. that classic casual cross could be dubbed something like guts mode. where you will take a few more risks than Classic. interesting idea. what I would like, for one, is Ironman Mode. where it makes sure that Soft Resetting doesn't help anything at all (if you're gonna play Classic play without soft Resets IMO)
  12. You, guys probably already know this, but Nintendo confirmed a new FE game will be released in 2018 ( hopefully it's not another warriors crossover and just a regular FE game ), and I have a few wants and don't wants. Want 1: Classic-Casual cross. I know this sounds weird, but I got this idea after playing Birthright on Classic. I immediately noticed that sometimes their dialogue would be dying words ( This is it..., I'm sorry Corrin etc. ) and some would just say stuff like " OUCH! I'm retreating!" but would still be unusable from then on. So I thought Hey! what if there was a game mode where there actually was a 50-50 chance of dying or just retreating? Anyways, it may be an awful idea... I dunno just thought I could throw this out there see what everyone else thinks. Don't Want 1: Witches. I SWEAR! They are so annoying! they just teleport to the someone with zero resistance and kill him! JEEZ! Want 2: They need to keep invoke. I LOVED invoke one problem I've always had with fire emblem is that the main characters always talk about their armies being ready and stuff, but you only ever play with roughly 15 characters. Some army! With invoke, even if they're not real soldiers, you still feel like you're fighting alongside a real army! It's AWESOME! Don't Want 2: weapon breaking. I just don't like it. Either make good weapons scarce, or make enemies tough. Weapon breaking should a most be an option you can turn on or off. Anyways, let me know what you think and don't get upset if I missed something. I've only been playing since Awakening, so I may have missed some things.

    Favorite FE Awakening Ships/Supports

I'm going to give two answers here, my favorite Support Friendship (C to A only) and my favorite Support Romance (C to S) Now, for friendship, I love Fem!Robin and Chrom. I just like the awkward bromantic humor and the bromance in general. Sue me. As for romance, Henry and Lissa is my favorite. Don't know why.
  14. Just what it says on the tin, what FE Awakening support/ship is your favorite? Mine has to be Lon'qu and Nowi. It's just so damn cute

As in you have <4GB in total, or <4GB free? @Sirius FEH is 1.3 GB

    Fire Emblem games

the japanese media machine backdrop really wasn't very interesting for most players and the combat skills really left a lot to be desired and also disappointed players familiar with either series' combat systems. It even felt like a bit of a rip off of what they did in P4 Dancing All Night's story. I was hoping for better and didn't even get close to finishing the game.

Really? I thought it was an absolutely amazing game. I enjoyed it quite a bit and feel that it is underappreciated.

    Fire Emblem games

This is more of a list for myself than new members joining in wanting to try play any FE games but there's so many Fire Emblem games (and so many of which don't have western releases) that its probably worth me making a thread listing all of the games, and for other players to post their favourites and suggest any games to newcommers etc as well~ Context for any newcommers: Hi! Thanks for joining and showing your interest in FE, if you don't already know: Fire Emblem is a tRPG (tactical role-playing game) by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo that started in 1990. As of the time I'm typing this (March 2018), the franchise includes 12 original games, three remakes, two spin offs, and is playable across multiple systems including NES, SNES, GBA, GameCube, DS, Switch, Android, and iOS (many of the older games are unavailable at reasonable prices nowadays and can only be played via emulation). One notable gameplay aspect in FE is its 'permadeath' permanent death of characters in battle, removing them from the rest of the game should they be defeated. Although, newer titles differentiate its 'Classic Mode' with a 'Casual Mode' for players that would rather their defeated characters rejoin their playthrough in the next battle. Dragons, knights, magic and a royally treasured weapon or shield called the 'Fire Emblem' are recurring themes in the series. Fire Emblem characters have also crossed over to other series, such as Smash Bros. #1 | Shadow Dragon & The Blade of Light (JPN: 1990) NES #2 | Gaiden (JPN: 1992) NES. Same setting as FE1 #3 | Mystery of the Emblem (JPN: 1994) SNES. Remake and Sequel to FE1 #4 | Genealogy of the Holy War (JPN: 1996) SNES #5 | BS Fire Emblem (JPN: 1997) Stellaview. Prequel to FE1 and FE3 Thracia 776 (JPN: 1999) SNES. Set in-between the events of FE4 #6 | Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade (JPN: 2002) GBA #7 | The Blazing Blade (NA: 2003, JPN: 2003) GBA. Prequel to FE6 #8 | The Sacred Stones (NA: 2005, JPN: 2004) GBA #9 | Path of Radiance (NA: 2005, JPN: 2005) GameCube #10 | Radiant Dawn (NA: 2007, JPN: 2007) Wii. Sequel to FE9 Shadow Dragon (NA: 2009, JPN: 2008) DS. [Second] Remake of FE1 New Mystery of the Emblem (JPN: 2010) DS. Remake of FE3 #11 | Awakening (NA: 2013, JPN: 2012) 3DS #12 | Fates (NA: 2016, JPN: 2015) 3DS Heroes (2017) Android & iOS. Spin-off Echoes: Shadows of Valentia (2017) 3DS. Remake of FE2 Warriors (2017) N3DS & Switch. Spin-off Planned 2018 Switch title
